"Service was absolutely deplorable. Middle aged dark haired glasses woman was SO rude to the customers. A woman went to pay for a $16 purchase with a $50 note and was asked for something smaller. When the customer was searching and apologised that she could go change it the worker puffed and said "it's fine, it just makes it hard." What? Hard to give $30 change. Gtfo. If you can't manage your till at 10.15am on a Saturday you got no business serving customers. It's not the customer's problem to deal with your management issues, meeting them with attitude is bad service. Also, your shelves are stocked incorrectly, so lazy to not even be bothered to put things in the correct place so customers think the items cheaper. Wish I saw the rest of the reviews before coming here."

"I found one lady pharmacist she doesn't know how to treat people while calling my name she laughed seems like my name was so weird and funny for her not only that she didn't signed my stat. Declaration because my address is different in my license because i moved from NSW i tried to explain her she said she want the exact address on the form I told her i can show her my proof of address but she refused because she haven't got any clue what she is doing. I used to go there all the times but today is the last day never going there and never recommend my friends and families to go there."

"Usually no issues at this pharmacy. Was told 15 minutes wait. Waited over half an hour. Staff could see me waiting. Decided to ask a staff member who checked and my medication was sitting there ready. No apology - handed it to me and said nothing. She then apologised when I complained. Not her fault. My name wasn't said out loud by whomever prepared the medication. So many other pharmacies in the area with better service and prices. I recommend the pharmacy at Brickworks."

"The staff are very rude and judgemental. The staff treat you like you are some kind of disgusting, irresponsible person when you are being responsible and seeking the necessary medication and medical resources. I have had bad experiences with two of the chemists themselves and two of the women who work at the counter. Their store is also poorly stocked and half of the time they do not even have what you need."
