"Had a nasty experience here with both the salesperson backed up by the older manager. Was treated so rudely and with disdain. Told by the manager that he could do or say what he wants as he pays his staff and we are using their time. All this for going in to try a massage chair by masseuse massage chairs which was already prepurchased from the head office and an appointment made by them at sleep centre to view the chair(sleep centre being local agents). The salesperson seemed unhelpful when advised the chair was already purchased. He said if we bought it from them it would have been much cheaper. The manager heard us voicing our displeasure at the service and came right in with no attempts to diffuse the situation instead choosing to aggravate the whole thing, essentially chasing us out the shop in avery offensive manner, saying he can do as he pleases and what are we going to do about it. He does not need to help with these chairs from masseuse massage chairs."
"The manger is an old guy, who refused to give my money back to teach me a lesson. My ex and I wanted a new mattress ordered one but we broke up due to falling pregnant and as a single mum I could t afford the $2000 mattress so called up with in the time frame and the lady said she canceled my order and come in to collect my deposit as a refund. So came in to see the manger he was flat out rude and his behaviour was disgusting. Threw me out the store and told me to come back with his $1700. And that it’s a lesson for me to lose money. So he kept my $300 deposit. I do not recommend, ever shopping here! Honestly don’t know how this shop is still going as I never see anyone in this shop. Walk across to forty winks or order online."
