At S.A. Chassis Service, we specialize in professional crash repairs, restorations, and race fabrication for all makes and models of cars. However, our passion lies in Australian and American Muscle cars, including Chrysler Valiant Charger, Plymouth, Holden, and Ford.

Our range of chassis and body services is extensive. We can repair cracked or damaged chassis rails on off-road, 4WD, and commercial vehicles. If you have a Japanese import with fork lift damage to the chassis rails, we can help. We also assist with compliance and repairs to defected vehicles, conveniently located near the Lonsdale Vehicle Inspection Station.

In addition to chassis repairs, we offer body preparation services such as rust repairs and dent removal before spray painting. Our team is skilled in professional guard rolling, flaring, and wheel tubs for drag cars and the front of drift cars.

For race and performance cars, we provide stitch and seam welding, Hilux and 9-inch diff conversions, fixed back bucket seat and harness mounting, 4-link rear ends, and reinforcement of mounts with bracing and gussets for strength in high-load areas.
