"Absolutely disgusting experience after my fiance' purchased my engagement ring from there no thanks to the very rude manager christie gobsmacked by how she treats her customers especially when they are distressed and pregnant. Only after your money very petty and selfish woman will make you pay for things you don't need to.. BEWARE. Left this store in tears called helensvale store and they fixed my problem without any excuses very good customer service at helensvale by their manager nothing like the manager at Australia fair. Not sure how she has any job in customer service. Disgusting......... will never step foot into that store as long as she works there........... yuck"
