Their customer service was a thousand times better than others like the "professionals Real-estate". Ray White was fairly respectful of us tenants, and very straightforward. My only complaint about Ray White was unresponsive to building issues: the bug infestation took months to resolve, water leaks went unaddressed despite us raising it as an issue several times. We weren't notified of building being painted until there was tradesmen in our backyard It always sucks being a tenant in somebody else's apartment, but ray White managed the rental lease in a professional manner, as far as rental agencies go: they're pretty good"
