"Mu g'son attended this centre for past 4 years before starting @ reception at 'big school'. He LOVED this place, grew so confident & made many friends. They were shown how to make lunch: tacos, pizzas, sandwiches on occasion then ate them. Have a garden they look after themselves. Watched caterpillars grow into a moth then identified it before it flew away. I can't recommend this childcare enough. Built my g'son's confidence and inquisitiveness from age 1 to just 5 (when in kindy!) WONDERFUL ❤"
"My 2 children have attended Seaford ELC for a couple of years now and we have all been extremely happy. The staff are all kind, caring and nurturing and the communication between staff and parents is fab. The centre strongly encourages outdoor play which is great for our kids! Lunch and afternoon tea menu is fantastic and both kids are always keen to try new things- which is amazing! would highly recommend!"
"I love this child care, absolutely amazing. My daughter has made very healthy attachments to the workers and they are so great at building trust with the children to make the transition from being at home to being at child care so easy. I am a bit of a helicopter mum as people would say and have very specific ways I like to do things, the workers here have taken it all on, taken the time to listen and reassure me that she is doing well and allow me to contact them as many times as I need through the day via telephone. I am building trust with the workers and they have been amazing with facilitating the transition for both my daughter and myself. Good food range and menu and always listens to my concerns if I am feeling unsure."
"Terrible management at this Centre, be extremely careful. It had taken us nearly 6months to get a full statement from them after concerns of double charging, we ceased service after realising that they pick and choose the policies they wish to enforce. Knowing our account was in credit we requested again for a full statement, first we received a full statement for a child that is not ours, this included personal information - no breach of privacy there ?!? Makes us question if our private information and home address has been handed out to strangers. Once receiving our statements we could see that there was clearly and error and we disputed the charges. We quickly received and email stating that because we were a full time booking there will be no reimbursement. They insist you call for absences so that they can take casual bookings and then charge you regardless - blatant cash grab."
