Instead of refunding for a faulty item on the spot, they send it to the manufacturer first for approval, then you have to drive back to the store for the refund the next day. I’d understand this for an expensive item, but under $100?! What a joke, and a waste of my time and petrol. Their argument is that “if the manufacturer rejects it we would have to wear the cost”. Well yeah, that’s how it works if you sell a faulty item. I didn’t buy it directly from the manufacturer, I bought it from you, so you need to rectify it. This really feels like a breach of consumer laws. You need to rethink this policy!"
"This anaconda store is one of the best in Adelaide, always feel welcomed when entering the store, staff at this store are amazing, always helpful, friendly, great customer service too. The only down side to this store is there isn't enough fishing gear, needs too be more. This store also has great bargains/clearance items at times which is also a bonus"
