"Went here today for the first time and I am extremely disappointed with the customer service. I was looking at the scooters, I wanted a 3 wheeler one but the expensive one so it can grow with my child. The display scooters were up high and chained up. I kindly asked the young assistant if she could possibly get one down so I can check the height etc before buying as my daughter is tall. First time I have seen 3 wheeler scooters for the older children and my child has special needs so can’t use a 2 wheel one. The young lady said no she can’t get this scooter down and I asked her if she can ask someone else if they could. She then went and asked a male assistant and I could hear them talking about me and he didn’t even look at me and said to this assistant a flat out no with absolutely no explanation as to why. The young lady came back to me and said no. I then said to her that I was going to buy this scooter today as her other one is broken but not if I can’t check the size. The young assistant shrugged her shoulders and walked away. Walked out with nothing !"
