"Absolutely ridiculous service! If your vehicle needs repair or service, tow it or take your car to the dealership, local mechanic! Don’t call lube mobile! The mechanics never follow instructions, asked them on booking form to text me at least half hour before arrival, they never did that! I provided clear instructions what needed to be done in my car! Connect the tablet PC to OBDII and reset a service restriction! Mechanic just rocked up, never had a clue on what needs to be done! Once explained it, he haven’t had any idea on what needs to be done, but I’ve been so patient and gave him the opportunity to do the job! And then I noticed he’s wandering around the car looking at tires, open the hood! And I asked why he said he needed to take details! This is their trick ! The $99 call out fee includes 15 minutes of the mechanics of time, that’s a big lie! The mechanic will spend the 15 minutes just doing unnecessary things and then he gets to work after 15 minutes! It’s not the matter of money it’s to be upfront and honest! If they advertised $99 call out fee only that’s perfectly fine! But I hate this type of blue colour gimmicks ! Hence I asked the mechanic to go and I said I will pay the $99 regardless! The mechanic declined to accept the $99 and walked away! Never call them again! Never recommend them!"

"Just had Florent and Angus over to change out a starter motor. Both guys did an absolutely awesome job. Extremely thorough and professional with everything they did. Communicated brilliantly with everything so I had a full understanding of what exactly was going on. The guys covered all bases and left no stone unturned.
