"this is the worst foot locker i have ever been too, we walked the store found what we wanted non of the staff wanted to help us we had to pretty much help ourselves then anything we wanted they would respond saying i don’t think we have that size, when i asked one of the guys if there is another foot locker close by he replied closest one would be about 45 minutes away, when i checked on google there was another shop 12 minutes away with the same shoes in stock that were more then happy to assist us, hire new staff, if they don’t want to be enthusiastic and happy while on shift don’t employ them, one of the busiest shops due to location but really bad customer service"

""Police called" My son paid with his debit card was told their system crashed,so no receipt no goods. Money has been kept not returned. Police helped immediately and the bank is investigating. Manager Steve would not help. Would not give his name just said call the police. We are taking this all the way because this is a tourist area and they know most people will not follow up."
