"All the reviews for this salon are great which is why I chose them in the first place however I never got my hair cut here :( I called and made a booking. I received an automated text message the day before my appointment confirming the time and date of the booking. I rocked up 5 mins before my appointment time and the 'closed' sign was up with a 'be back soon' sign. I waited until 10 mins into my appointment time and left. I eventually was able to get through to Tennielle about an hour later. She was very apologetic when I told her that my appointment was missed. She said that it was not recorded in the book and that I was down for the following week.. however I must admit I'm a little bit skeptical about that considering I had received a confirmation text message with the correct time and date. Also the date that I had chosen was specifically surrounding when someone could look after my baby. Anyways I was offered another appointment but told Tennielle that unfortunately this whole experience was a bit off putting and that I would look into getting my haircut elsewhere. I just wanted to let them know that an appointment was missed. Tennielle was very apologetic so I can't throw shade on her customer service. Just wish this never happened and I bloody was able to get my haircut for when I booked it in (insert sad crying emoji face here)."
"Telle did an amazing job on my daughters hair. She thinned it out and razor cut the ends so it would sit exactly how she wanted it to. All the girls are fabulous at Hot Headz, so friendly. This has now become our fav hairdressing salon!"
