"First time I'd had pizza in yrs. The crust was all burnt, the toppings were virtually non existent and the chicken balls were over cooked and dry. The best part if the meal was the garlic bread. Would I buy again, definitely not"

"This was the first time I’d been to this dominoes in 10 years. I ordered online and went to pick up my order. The young girl at the counter couldn’t find my order, said It was out the back, but was sure it was ready. I waited for maybe 10mins. Then a young man asked me for my details and what pizzas I ordered and determined that my order had been left on the warmer without a receipt and so was dispatched by a delivery driver. He offered to make another one at no charge, so I waited another 15-20mins and then the same thing happened, they lost my order! I gave up after that and left without any pizza. The young man gave me a few garlic bread and some vouchers for pizza. I overheard the man in-front of me being told his order was made wrong so they had to remake his. It just seemed like a clown show in there and I felt sorry for the young staff who were clearly stressed and poorly trained. I’ve had dominoes all over Australia, I’ve never before had this level of service. I couldn’t write another review so I edited this one. I just picked up my order. It was a simple pickup, they found my order straight away. The pizza was perfect. My uncle remarked that it was the best supreme he’s ever had, and he’s been eating dominoes for many years. Plus, I just used the vouchers from last time so this order was free. I think last time you were just having an off night. Thank you Domino’s for restoring my faith in pizza…"

"Really disgusting. Found acrylic finger nail on the pizza. Don't use this outlet. Ruined our Saturday dinner time. Called Manager and he offered another pizza. Never get pizza from armadale."

"ordered two pizzas and a ten pack of wings, it was sitting in store ready for delivery for 30 minutes at least we had to call and after waiting on hold for at least ten minutes we were informed the driver left five minutes prior to our call - we live 3 minutes away from domino’s and surely they weren’t delivering elsewhere with our food that had been waiting 1 hour total from ordering that was now STONE COLD from the wait. I own a microwave so i was like oh well it’s ok, only to open my pizza and to see they weren’t even correct. only one out of two deep dish pizzas i ordered was deep dish and both were missing additional toppings i paid for. PLUS they added pineapple for god knows what reason even though that is not included on the pizza ordinarily - if i had an allergy or something this would be incredibly dangerous and really calls into question the safe food handling of the staff at this restaurant further training DEFINITELY required"

"Our Byford branch is apparently closed, which I didn't realise until I called to find out how far away our order was... I'm sorry, but two out of three pizzas being charcoal isn't acceptable. Thanks Domino's Armadale"
