"Just got stung AGAIN by the gangsters at TNT / Fedex. Shipped two boxes weighing 34Kg by road. Charge was $111 which was a bit rich anyway. Fast forward 6 weeks and we get $77 extra charge for "heavy pick up- residential" The fact we are a home based business is just one of MANY excuses TNT Fedex use to sting you after the fact. Scoundrels with little regard for their reputation or ethics."
"Second time in a row damaged parcel. Which they wont deliver or contact sender or receiver. They just leave it in the yard until you chase it up. Phone numbers are on the Con notes USE THEM. Or better yet send the items to the destination and let the customer decide if they are damaged or not."
"Made no real attempt to deliver my parcel. No way to go collect it from them and after ordering my goods and waiting 6 weeks FedEx are sending it back to china because they failed to deliver it. Wouldn't even deliver it to my post office. Never again will I buy anything that uses fed ex. Calling the bank today to cancel my $800 purchase as it's failed to arrive"
"Shocking service, they couldn't care less! My parcel was to be delivered yesterday. To avoid having to chase it up at some pickup point, I stayed at home all day only to find out after 5 pm that the delivery was delayed and postponed until today. Again, I spent the day at home only to find an email in the afternoon , that my parcel had now been delivered to some news agent for me to pick up within 5 days. The courier did not even bother trying to deliver to my house. Bloody slack and terrible customer service. Unfortunately when I tried to call a number, apparently in Perth, the call was answered by some Asian lady in whichever country who's English was appalling and even more difficult to understand due to a shocking line. I might add that I was charged β¬ 90 which is the equivalent of AUD 147.-- for a 1.5 kg parcel from France and it took about 6 weeks to be delivered. Never again !"
"This is not so much about FedEx TNT but rather the contractors they use (and are responsible for) which are downright deceptive and potentially fraudulent. I finally collected my two suitcases from an expensive international shipment (cost over $1000) today after a week or trying to get them delivered and multiple phone calls to FedEx customer service. I rearranged my week to work from home as much as possible yet mysteriously kept "missing" my deliveries despite being there the whole time and not receiving any failed delivery slips. I looked at the doorbell camera only to see that noone had actually came! Then after waiting at the depot for 40 minutes the attendant finally found my two suitcases which had been separated and one was "still on the dock." So much for being out for delivery. The hours I have spent and stress i have experienced trying to get these important deliveries has been insane. While the FedEx people have been friendly to talk to on the phone, I have felt gaslit by the deceptive messages and assurances that they were being delivered when they clearly weren't. I am not usually one to complain but this has been incredibly unprofessional and possibly illegal. I will be pursuing it further."
