"This is not my first time to be dismayed in this particular shop. I just go here because its near my place. Not long ago, I bought two pairs of studs yellow gold and white gold. Then, the one of my gold locks just fell out. Went there and they managed to replace it after a couple of days without questions asked. Recently, I came back because the white gold lock just fell out too. I came there, they pinched and worked on the lock, then told me there was a slit in between, which was not there before they pinched it. And I was told maybe because of frequent use—- this is the first time I used it because of what happened the first time with the yellow gold. They said they have nothing, and they can replace it with another color, or I can go to other jewelry shops to look for a lock- not a good suggestion, I told them a couple of months ago, a very kind lady replaced it with no dramas through ordering. Then, that is the time she told me she will do that. - but until now, I haven’t received any call or text. Prior to this, my mom bought earrings from this place too. We went to Morley Michael Hill and had a chat to a very accommodating lady, only to find out we were not given certificate for the earrings and some things as well that must’ve been included. She was very much willing to help us, but unfortunately we need to get it from Midland. I was drawn to this name because I expect quality- not 2 different locks easily broken,also for a good service, not to be neglected."
"Terrible customer service. Purchased a bracelet on Mothers Day 2022. Bracelet broke after first wear, and returned it to the Joondalup store for a straight swap. Second Bracelet broke after wearing it - just fell off my wrist as I was playing cards. Took it to the Midland store to exchange for a different product and the man working there told me it was "my fault" as it was "obviously damaged" even after I explained I had been engaging in a normal activity and hadn't damaged it. He refused to exchange a Bracelet that I had owned for a month and that was unwearable, and was incredibly rude during the whole process. After attending the Joondalup Store again, they were happy to exchange it for something else."
