"Took my sons iPad to have the charging port and off button replaced. Since then there are multiple dead spots in the screen. When we phoned them, they first started to gaslight us by saying that they only changed the port and buttons when we know full well they need to remove the screen to do that. So they lied and then refused to fix the screen unless we paid more money. They had already charged us $200!!!!!!!! Do NOT give these thieves your money"
"After fixed my iPhone screen, my power button jammed with no reason. Head back to ask for check it out then the staff told me have to pay 120 for fixing the button without checking inside. 0/10 for the service and quality"
"Got a new screen protector for my phone. When I picked it up I saw a little air bubble, they fixed that no problem but I went to another shop and not even 15 mins later the bubble had taken over half of my screen. By the time I got back to show them they were gone, not even 5pm... I left a note to discuss this but I will never go back to this company/branch ever again! Worst experience I've ever had with anyone!!!"
"Would give no stars if I could. Fixed my Samsung phone screen for $300, only for the replacement screen to die within a few weeks. Returned to the shop with warranty yet they have refused to replace or refund. Have since sent phone to Samsung and they confirmed the LCD that they installed was extremely cheaply made and I was lucky it lasted as long as it did. Referred the case to Ombudsmen"
