For those not eligible for bulk billing, we have implemented a minimal fee for our standard consultations.

"The staff at Starhill are friendly, efficient & competent. Calls are answered quickly, Dr appts are relatively available & staff friendly. I saw Dr Chong for the 1st time - he was polite and extremely thorough. Within minutes he had organised a Patient Management Plan, noted my key issues, wrote a referral for Physio, a script for meds I needed, (including alerting me to side effects & how to use). A very holistic approach. I then saw a nurse for some more lifestyle questions & more observations. I left with a copy of my comprehensive management plan - all in about 20 min.
