"This visit was for my 13yr old autistic son. We had visited a centre in Hammond park over a month ago. The young lady there took 55min on one person before us, was extremely rude and unprofessional, took such a long time figuring out what collection tubes she needed, tried several times to get a sample and failed. My son walked out extremely upset. Today although we waited 45mins to be seen, this was because there was 5-6 people in front of us. We were still seen before the 9am cut off (fasting test) because she worked quickly and efficiently. This lady (I wish I asked her name) was so polite, very welcoming and put my son at ease. Although she commented my son had small veins she managed very quickly to obtain a vein. She praised my son all the way through, and consistently made sure he was comfortable and happy. I went here with my son today as I had previously visited there within the last 3months while my son was in therapy upstairs. And had felt comfortable, and she was quick and efficient and although there was a couple people in front of me, she fitted me in so I didn't have to wait long."
