"Excellent pharmacy! The team here are always friendly and able to answer any questions no matter how trivial."
"The pharmacists who work here are extremely grumpy and rude. They either completely ignore you or speak to you in a harsh tone. The one saving grace is that the counter staff are usually polite and helpful. This chemist charges you $40 for a medical note (other chemists charge $25) and won't give you change for a $5 note unless you buy something. You will also be charged a heavy fee if you ask them to sign legal documents as Justice of the Peace. I'm surprised they don't charge you a fee just for walking through the door! There is no recognition of customer loyalty and you are treated in a sub-standard way even when you're a regular customer. I have since changed to another chemist where I get better service and they actually smile!"

"I got a script filled here today and was charged over $7.00 more for the product than I was at another pharmacy nearby, meaning the product cost over 35% more at this pharmacy. When I rang to query this, the consultant advised that the product price can vary depending on the area you are in. I find this unethical as it’s medication. I definitely won’t be returning here."
