"Absolutely shocking Customer service. I went to buy some weather proof jacket and pants. They kept bringing me the wrong product than the one I showed the picture which I retrieved from their website and kept on insisting to buy them instead. Eventually I agreed to purchase some only if they showed me the product for my peace of mind that at least there is no wear and tear in the product before I buy it since I was not allowed to try them on and there was no sample on display anywhere. But the lady at the counters behaviour was shocking, the manager who came was even worse. All I asked for was to unfold the product since it was already out of the package to confirm Im buying the right product since they already brought multiple wrong ones and also to make sure there is no wear and tear as in one of the previous customers rating there was an issue with their products. Unfortunately their response was either buy it without looking or "leave". So I left. Solution I suggest: have some product on display so that people know what they are buying or paying for and try to be accurate on their product and not try to sell the wrong items. Also if they could work on their customer service ethics especially the manager himself. Its worth mentioning that the younger bloke behind the counter was very helpful and was willing to help but was ignored by the lady and the manager."
