"Very long wait for surgery, 4.5 hours, without any access to books, devices. Account information given also incorrect."
"The staff were excellent, don't let my comments take away from the fact that they were all lovely and kind. There is no privacy in the front office. I do not need to know the details of patients being interviewed, anymore than they need to know mine. The waiting room was cold, (and believe me, when you wait in one for 2 hours, you notice) and although advised at the phone interview to "bring a book or magazine, you're going to need it", ALL belongings are to be place in carts to be packed away when changing into the paper gowns. This includes glasses and books, magazines. Frustrating. Very hurried discharge as staff were understandably wanting to go home as surgery had been long delayed, too hurried. All in all a very disappointing experience. I wouldn't recommend it. But the staff were very pleasant people!!"
