Welcome to Hampton Park Primary School! Located in Morley, Paine Road, our institution has been serving the community since 1955. Situated in a beautiful setting surrounded by trees, our school grounds feature spacious ovals, play areas, and equipment suitable for all age levels. In 2010, we added an Early Childhood building to accommodate Kindergarten and Pre Primary classes. Additionally, we have a fantastic outdoor playground with climbing equipment, a nature playground, and bike tracks.

At Hampton Park Primary School, we prioritize explicit teaching, with a strong focus on numeracy and literacy. Our dedicated staff closely monitor student progress to ensure every child reaches their full potential. We are proud to have specialist teachers in Phys Ed, Science, Music, Mandarin, Drama, Health, and Library Studies.

In 2023, we introduced a Specialized Learning Program for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This program follows a withdrawal model, and parents can apply to enroll their child. For more information, please refer to our SLP section.

Sports enthusiasts will find plenty of facilities at our school, including a large oval, two fully enclosed basketball/netball courts, and an undercover area. We also have a well-equipped music room, a Science lab/Art room with state-of-the-art equipment, a spacious computer lab with 3D printers, numerous iPads and laptops, and a large library. Mandarin lessons are offered to students in Years One to Six, and we have a wide range of digital technology devices available for student use.

We actively participate in interschool sporting competitions with neighboring primary schools. These events, such as AFL, Basketball, Soccer, Netball, Volleyball, Touch Rugby, Cross Country, and athletics carnivals, provide valuable opportunities for our students to engage in friendly competition. Additionally, we hold an annual in-school swimming carnival.

Community support is an integral part of our school, with a strong School Board and an active P&C Association that always welcomes new members. As a Water Wise and Waste Wise accredited school, we send recyclable products to seven different companies. Our extensive vegetable garden, maintained by the children, includes four worm farms that utilize recycled food scraps.

During school hours, our senior children have the opportunity to participate in various clubs, including the School Choir, Drama Club, News and Media Club, Arts and Crafts, STEM Club, and Challenge Club.

We also offer support for children who require literacy intervention through our MiniLit and MultiLit programs.
