"Food is usually pretty reasonable but some of the staff are so rude and sullen. Having to ask them to get the food etc is painful Jocelyn (?brunette working this weekend) is a great example of a staff member who could benefit from charm school. Sort the attitude out. Make sure you get what you ordered as occasionally they do give the wrong order."
