Called 10 times, stopped answering my calls, no valid reason for delays. Would have been easier for me to go to midland store instead! "A great shoe shop with good prices especially when specials are on. Took advantage of get the second pair half price recently to purchase two pairs of good quality black leather school shoes. They had to be changed as they were too small, did not have the next sizes up but took the time to ring another store and asked to put them on hold for me so I could pick them up. Very relieved and happy."
