"Absolutely horrid. Handed in a watch for repair on the 02/12/2020. I went to go pick it up today. Not fixed. No updates on what is going on with it, nothing. I rung them every few weeks and every single time got the same, the watch repair man only works on weekends, will get him to call you back. Nothing. Disgusting Service, terrible customer service. 4 Months and still sitting with a broken watch. Thank you for absolutely nothing apart from wasting my time."
