We ordered the 200 Panorama Long on a Friday and it arrived on Monday. Not bad from Perth to Adelaide. The tent was well packaged and all components were in the package. After watching the install video on the Web page, it took hardly any time for me to set it up. I am 185cm and I was able to set it up, lift it on to the tub rack and secure it down. I did have a small problem and speared off an email to the company. They actually rang me back and talked me through the issue, which was an error of my doing. Customer service was exceptional. Overall we are extremely happy, it is made of high quality materials, well laid out, easy to set up, excellent customer service and great value for money. Highly recommend this tent and company"
