"Have shopped at cue many times and have never had any problems but yesterday visited cue at Boorogoon, from the moment I walked into the shop the lady who I ended up greeting looked down at me and my friend as if we weren’t welcome to shop there, thought it would be best to leave. Won’t be returning"
"Id like to give a HUGE shout out to Gabby, the new Cue manager and amazing stylist for helping my wife and daughter out today. They came in looking for a corporate suit for my daughter to wear to a job interview as a pilot overseas in 3 days. STRESSED and desperate, they'd purchased a suit elsewhere however were not entirely happy with it. Worn out from hours of shopping and about to give up Gabby went all out and provided an honest and professional opinion of what they had bought and how it could be improved. They walked out with an amazing suit, with a brilliant cut ( the girls told me that). Gabby even organised a canvas suit protective cover and alteration discount. Incredible and amazing service. so happy to buy local and Australian made quality. Go and see Gabby if you need anything special for your next big occasion ."
"Took a winning lotto ticket to this center to get it cashed out, as I was taking my 87 year old Grandfather out for the day I decided to let him cash out the ticket, While frail and suffering dementia he still likes to be involved with the world. Standing behind him in the line I watched him present the ticket and the employee scan it, he then told my Grandfather that it was not a winning ticket while moving to place the ticket under the counter. I stepped in and told him to scan the ticket again as I knew it was a winner. When confronted by someone in charge of there faculties he was clearly startled and acted surprised when we rescanned the ticket and pronounced it a winner, he offered to pay up but I instead requested the ticket back and informed him I would be informing the center management. How many elderly people have they ripped of by just pocketing winning tickets? Garden City center management had no comment to make and would not take any action or record any complaint."
"Have been buying Cue for number of years. Good quality products. Bought a dress online as the Perth store does not have my size. I picked the dress up at Carillion City ( Fri 1/6/18) and tried it at home and the dress was way too long, the fringe touches my ankle ( with high heels). The very next day (Sat 2/6/18 around 12 pm) I went to Cue Garden City Booragoon to return it. Never return any of my Cue clothing before. When me and my daughter entered the store , the staff members had their back facing the entrace as they are talking to one customer. We stood behind them for 5 mins until we were noticed. No greeting. I told the staff I would like to return the dress and she asked why? So I explained to her that it was way too long, the fringe touches my ankle. And she asked, did you try it with high heels? I said Yes (of course I did!!). And then she checked the dress, (the massive tag is still on it) and then she smelt the collar. Quickly she asked "Did you wear this? I can smell parfume?" I replied NO. I just picked the dress up yesterday afternoon and tried it on at home as I bought it online. I was a bit shocked when she asked me that. Then she called Mel the store manager. Again she asked me the same Q " Did you wear this" which I have already answered and again I said NO. And she said " Smell the perfume". I wear perfume all the time even at home, not just when I go out. Perfume for me is not a luxury but an essential daily ritual. I was so upset. I told her that she was accusing me as I feel she does not believe what I have told her and her staff. I told her that this is the first time in my entire life that I have been asked if I did wear the dress when I return clothing . I have been in this earth for 50+ yrs!! How rude. I told her I already told your staff that I did not wear it, why did you ask again?( with higher tone). She raised her voice " I am a manager and our policy to ask the that Q" Then she said Zara etc always ask the same Qs. Never been asked that Qs from any big retail name or boutique in my life and definitely not Zara! I was really angry and told her that I will lodge a complaint to Cue. This woman wanted me to admit to something that I did not do. That is a very wrong thing to do. Cue policy said as long as you return the item within 15 days, with its original tag and packaging and of course good condition. That's it, I have a right to return it without being accused. The manager has a massive stink attitude and it needs to be fixed immediately. Sometimes I wonder how did she get the job in the first place when she has poor customer service? And my biggest Q is how did she keep the job? I wish I returned the dress online so I wasn't accused. Never going back to this store anymore. What a nasty experience! Ps: I do not believe the 5 star rating in this review genuine."
