"In regards to Quoting a job its a disappointing and misleading service. As a small business owner, we requested a Quote for our import job and asked for 2nd reconfirmation to avoid any surprises. We asked are you sure its not going to cost us more then $xxx and they confirmed in writing. The day our products landed in FREO we got sent the final bills and got charged 3x the amount than initially quoted to us. We understand there can be variations of few percents in the final bill due to many factors. Even 10 or 15% can understand. But a 290% higher bill is beyond acceptable. And they tricked me twice now. Last year they did it too whilst promising it won't happen again. After many emails back and forth trying to convince them their Quotation system is not good and in this case misleading they stopped answering my questions. NOT GOOD AT ALL for Such a big player in the Global Freight Forwarding World."
