"Nice fresh looking store, but it’s pathetically managed. My recent experience of purchasing some fish and tank accessories was most challenging, courtesy of a most miserable male store manager named Dan. Everything seemed too difficult for him. He’d either be sighing at our fish choices, whining about our tank size, or negatively judging our ability to keep fish (I’ve kept fish for 25 years). If it wasn’t my sons birthday I’d have snapped and pulled the store manager into line, but to keep the peace I’m providing this review instead. Tweed Heads isn’t too far a drive if you seek nice service from either of the many pet stores there."
