"Booked for checking the punctuation, while I was driving in looking for the entrance a female staff in this white suv could not find her car park, drive on the wrong direction, apparently annoyed by someone else took her parking lot and yelling at me when she noticed I was trying to drive in to the shed. I stoped and explained to her that the staff on the phone told me to drive in to have a look, 1 min later a male staff raged out telling me “I told you to park in the front through the phone” I could not recall that, but I don’t feel I would leave my car to them anymore due to the unfriendly attitude. Apparently they need to train their staff how to communicate with customers. Continued: the males staff a called me again, no intention to listen to me nor apologise for the situation I experienced, keep telling me he told me to park in the front through the phone, accusing me blocked the business operation while there was no other car nor operation at the time, he also told me he didn’t care about the review I left, only requested me to remove the picture with the license plate on that. I will remove the picture and keep the review. At least they should get someone knowing how to communicate to call back, now I understand why they got so many 1 star reviews."

"We have previously used this business for tyres and wheel alignment / balancing. I booked my vehicle in for a puncture repair, to which I was told the tyre was unrepairable and I actually needed 4 need tyres totalling $2800. I took my vehicle to another business in the area who repaired the puncture and advised that I only needed front tyres, my rear tyres had 8000-10,000kms left on them. Beware."

"Not entirely sure how one fails to carry out a wheel alignment when the machine does all the work. Steering is out of whack as a result. Now I have to waste more time and money taking it to someone else to rectify the issue. I have zero trust and interest in taking it back to these bunch of amateurs. Most disappointing thing is that I have always used Bridgestone for my tyres and will now consider looking elsewhere for new tyres for both of my vehicles."

"Very good tyre replacement experience, although I am sure they do car service as well. Straight forward easy to deal with, they ordered the tyre over night. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Would have given five stars if they put back the spare tyre and tools back where they belong."
