"Wouldn't go anywhere else for the care of our pets, can't fault the care and treatment they are given. Friendly staff and genuinely caring and always explain everything in detail."
"My old dog Buddy has a tumour that will eventually kill him. At the moment he is happy and doing his normal dog things. Hackham vet told me he had to be put down or have an operation. I refused. They called the RSPCA on me and told me he had to euthanised.Went to another vet for this to be done and he said the dog was still healthy and his tumour wasn't bothering him. He is still alive! "Thank you so much for looking after our darling B however briefly before his passing. Dr. Michael was great with our dear B. Thanks to the whole team too for your friendliness and professionalism."
"unfortunately reducing my rating from 5 to 2 an incident happened where the staff made a mistake with their booking systen, I called up thinking the text I received was about my dog since it had no pet name in the message. After calling them up, they relayed my dog's information back to me so I thought it's confirmed the appointment they sent me was about my dog. Only found out at the end of the day someone had made a mistake, and sent me information of my mum's puppy's info and cancelled my mum's appointment... we don't even live together - so for info to get mixed up like this is not good. anyway, I tried to get an explanation the next day and Ruby managed to explain but didn't really offer a solution besides splitting the dogs up in their system... which should've been done in the first place since nowhere on my dog's new client form had my parent's information. Anyway, I didn't have any bad blood because I felt Ruby was as nice as she could be. However, when she said mentioned a google review I looked it up a little later. i felt like the vet clinic owner's response to my mum's review put the blame on me entirely instead of owning up to their mistake and trying to work out a solution (i've worked in retail and would stay an extra 10-15 to help a customer, esp if its a mistake ive made so to see they wont just made me lose a little hope with the clinic). Because of this reason, I'm choosing to leave and move my pets elsewhere... as a customer you don't want to feel blamed for a mistake that was in the hands of the clinic. Shianne was also super understanding when I spoke to her about this on my last visit to the clinic, but how things seem to be managed doesn't sound very reliable."
