"The chap that came out to me spent under half an hour define what the problem was with my air-conditioner . two lizards had shorted out the the PCB board. it took 90 days for the invoice to get to me. And he charged me $60 for a quote of a part required which he didn’t explain to me in the experience. And to make the matter worse I never received the quote?The callout fee was ridiculous for what he did. Very disappointing. Quite rightly I’ve refused to pay!"
