"Great service from the team, especially Dave. I had a bad experience with a different Scooter shop, so was very cautious when I came to Wanderlust. The scooter I wanted (VSett9) was ordered in and arrived a week earlier than estimated so I was happy about that. Now, about my cautiousness, aside from that 1st bad experience where I didn't even end up getting to use the scooter (thankfully I got my refund), this was my 1st e-scooter. I requested to have it unboxed in the shop, and Dave kindly obliged. He showed me how to start it up, setting it up, folding it down and even helped bring it to my car boot. I've had it for a month now and there's only 1 minor issue - manufacturer installed the handles so that one has to be rotated up to lock in place and the other has to be rotated down, instead of them going the same way. Also hope they don't wear out quickly (I've stopped putting them down when I store it away, so they don't wear out quickly). People have been curious and when they ask me about the scooter I've just been recommending Wanderlust and raving about their service. So glad I got it, super convenient, which is why I wanted a scooter. More about the scooter: Good features (key card lock and indicators) but a couple of minor inconveniences - they stay blinking for longer than necessary and you can set them off easily if your hands aren't on the farther sides of the handlebars. Also, you can't adjust the height of the stand, so if you're tall or short, it might be an uncomfortable height. Price blocked out in pic as it had reduced by the time I bought it."
"pretty cool spot to check out gift ideas that could be really cool. they stock a small amount of the more popular (and some really cool) PEVs - which includes electric bikes and scooters. but i like to drop by for the smaller gadgets and stuff that you don't normally see elsewhere. staff were friendly and pretty helpful when we were there too."
"Let's say you are in a hurry to get something amazing and the child/adolescent/kid at heart already has 'everything'. Challenge that assumption by coming into Wanderlust. You might even feel like keeping all the Christmas presents. Just remember that there's a lot of joy to be had through being generous. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the hand-picked range of 'toys' is simply mind-blowing."
