Small Batch is exactly that - run by Matt (owner/hair stylist) and Vanessa (hair stylist). For those people that say Small Batch Hair is terrible at communicating with their clients surely realise that the salon has only 2 workers hence being small batch. Best way to communicate with them is via text messaging and make sure you book in advance as they fill up quite quickly. "Highly recommend this cosy boutique salon in Mt Hawthorn. Matt and Vanessa are very good at helping you chose the right look for you. They take their time in listening to you and working out the best treatment for your hair. Everytime I've been, I leave feeling so relaxed and pampered. They actually get to know their clients. There's not many hair salons around that spend that kind of time with you. They don't rush with their styling to get to the next person like a lot of bigger salons do.
