"It's a shame. Such a nice space, but poorly run. Dirty tables and floor, menu limited to reheated items, menu trying to be too fancy, all of which makes it overpriced and under whelming."
"The coffee shop looks nice but the coffee was too hot burned my tongue. The coffee was okay just inside the museum was Convenient."
"Went around lunchtime on a Sunday but there were still plenty of tables and seats. I had bacon and egg bagel. Egg was nicely cooked but bacon had no taste at all and bagel was quite dry. Daughter had chicken baguette which she said was nice but the baguette was dry. She also had an iced chocolate which was very very sweet and not nice at all and came in a paper cup which you usually get for a hot drink. Other daughter had a chicken and herb sausage roll which she didn't like as again it was dry. Son in law had a toasted Reuben sandwich which was just ok he said with not much filling. He had an iced latte which I also had which was nothing special. Beware of like my daughter you are scared of birds as there were quite a few coming into the cafe and landing on unoccupied tables to eat the scraps although there was a young man there who was doing a good job of dispersing them."
"Chaotic, dirty tables/seating, staff eating/drinking/chatting behind counter instead of clearing tables and serving customers. Food is extremely expensive & terrible tasting. Chips were cold?! Chicken wrap has fake frozen bagged chicken and tastes horrible all for $12?! Sausage roll is $7.50. Kids meals are $15 each if you add a tomato sauce. Coffee regular size is actually tiny and tastes like warmed milk. This is a key location, so they get the traffic through- would be great if they cared about hygiene, customers, food service and quality. If going to the museum- take the extra time to support businesses further down the street or in the city instead."
