"Avoid this place like the plague—other reviewers are absolutely on point. Imagine having just undergone two excruciatingly long and painful wisdom teeth extractions. You decide to make a quick stop at this establishment on your way home to pick up much-needed painkillers, as the pain intensifies with each passing second and your mouth fills up with blood due to excessive gum bleeding. Upon entering, you hand the prescription to the so-called pharmacist. She begins asking questions about potential allergies to painkillers, while you attempt to communicate using a piece of paper since your mouth is now full of blood. However, she doesn't seem receptive to your situation—she even overlooks your swollen face. Then, she becomes impatient because you're writing too slowly. Out of sheer anger and pain, you manage to swallow the blood, and you inform her that you've just had two tooth extractions and can't speak properly. You believe that she should be able to understand this, even if not directly from the piece of paper you've written on. At the very least, she could make use of her years of education to read what you've written on the paper. Unfortunately, she doesn't appreciate your response. She asks for your ID and suspiciously examines it. She goes a step further and involves three of her co-workers in checking your ID, while you stand in the middle of the establishment feeling like a criminal. You endure a 45-minute wait, despite the place being nearly deserted. The pain becomes unbearable. Finally, she calls your name—or rather, something that resembles your name if someone attempted to create an anagram of it. You retrieve your medicine, leave the store, and book an Uber since you're in no position to drive anymore. Honestly, I've never experienced more humiliation in my life. I strongly recommend avoiding this place like the plague."
"Service desk old lady please, try to actively listen before barging in."
"Extremely rude customer service. Don’t press the customer service bell or you will be scolded like a child."
"If not for geographical convenience, this would not be our family's pharmacy. To Michelle: Select the search bar and type a name or subject to find a specific email. If you don't know how to use technology, ask someone who knows. To the people who train your workers: if your priority is selling cosmetics, put your employees in clown make-up to embellish the circus you're running."
"Awful experience. The pharmacy assistant was incredibly rude. I went in to get a prescription on Christmas Eve 30 mins before closing because I didn’t realise that my local pharmacies were closed. I even apologised to the lady for my late drop in as I needed my prescription on Christmas Day, and there was nowhere else close I could go. Her manner was so rude and abrupt, I was genuinely shocked. I have worked in pharmacy before myself, I know it’s tough when you’re short staffed or really busy, but that is absolutely no need to take it out on a customer who was nothing but polite and respectful. The pharmacist was incredibly quick with my script thankfully, and then the same lady served me again when I had to pay for my script. She was again very passive aggressive and I felt very uncomfortable. There was absolutely no need to treat me like I was nothing but an inconvenience, especially when there were another 5 customers with scripts coming in after me even. It’s not a very nice feeling. I totally understand being frustrated because you’re busy and completely understaffed, but that is the business’s problem, it shouldn’t be taken out on customers. Won’t be back again."
