"A great place for quick, casual and affordable pho. Mainly indoor seatings but there are a couple of tables outside. Credit card surcharge applies."
"Been here multiple times throughout the years. Mainly doing takeaways because of convenience. Place is always packed during lunch and dinner time. Service has always been friendly. This time we ordered raw beef pho and grilled pork broken rice. Food were packaged well with takeaway bag costing $.50. Loved the grilled pork broken rice. However, raw beef pho was on the average side. The soup tasted rather runny. Price has increased but still decently affordable."
"Been here a few times over the years and dropped in yesterday for a quick dinner after a show. Over time and after trying other Vietnamese restaurants, I rate the quality of the food here as very average and not good value for the price anymore; think of it as cafe fare rather than restaurant quality. Diced beef with fried rice: both meat and rice under-seasoned and I feel I had to add flavors myself. Stuffed chicken wings: dry and unappetizing mess with soggy batter. Grilled pork with vermicelli: used to be my favourite in this place. The portion has shrunk and the pork overcooked and chewy. Pork rice roll: pork was chewy which made eating a rather messy affair. Now that I have discovered better Vietnamese offerings, I don't think I will come back. But clearly there are many who would disagree with me as the place was full and a queue was forming when we left. So it's possible there are fantastic dishes I have not tried yet."
"The dishes were flavourful and tasty. It did not take long for all the dishes to come to our table. We enjoyed our dinner. There are some vegetarian fried rice and noodle soup. This is a wheelchair-accessible place and a kid-friendly restaurant. As for the dietary restriction, the staff needs to be informed. Parking along the long stress of Brisbane St with the EasyPay App will do. Good atmosphere and good service. Friendly staff. Cheers! (2023-01)"
"They're definitely understaffed when we dined there, tables were not cleaned fast enough so a lot of people had to queue for a long time outside. Food did come pretty quickly though, must be because the broth for soupy dishes was already pre-made. We ordered braised duck noodle soup, combination beef pho, broken rice pork chop, crispy chicken noodle dry, fried and fresh spring rolls. The quality of the dishes was quite nice, hence the constant customers coming in during the 1.5 hours we were there. Prices were reasonable. We'll definitely come back."
