"My mum and I had an amazing experience at Decjuba Watertown over the weekend. We were served by Alicia who was friendly, very attentive, great change room service and extremely helpful. We have not shopped with Decjuba for a long time after continuous bad service at the Mandurah store. Staff here seem to have zero interest in the customer and are made to feel unwelcome by being completely ignored or you are in the way of their conversation, which is such a shame as the product is beautiful.
