"Wonderful, welcoming and well-equipped haven - perfect after a long journey."
"Had some issues with room. No bath, no milk, no extra blankets, wifi kept loading, fan in bathroom sounded like an airplane landing, only enough hot water for 1. When tried to discuss the issues a lady came to door in attack mode, told me even though the picture of the room I ordered had a bathtub I had to order it separately under special requirements. No discussion or compensation was asked to hurry up and check out. So I wrote the issues down and dropped the keys explained to lady I had the night planned for 6 months as I had a wedding the night before, the bride and groom also stated at hotel. She looked at me took the keys and shut the door. For such a beautiful place being met with aggression and made to feel like the problem was not a nice experience. First time I've ever complained about a hotel or place. Not nice."
"Unusual place. Quite old. Have to wash your dishes in the bathroom. Pay extra for a microwave. Balcony door was locked. Disappointed. Pool and gardens are lovely. Kept very well. Pub outside your doors not far for a few drinks and friendly atmosphere. I'd definately stay again but it's not the Ritz. Little pricey."

"The service was fantastic, last minute 2 hours before checking in booking and the host found us a room for 4 during school holidays after booking horrendous accommodation in another place. The pool and area around was beautiful. Highly recommended."
