"Purchased 2 months ago for our motorhome, installed on slats. Bed is comfortable. Being able to elevate the head and foot ends allows making the bed super easy! When in bed and the foot end is raised, the top sheet, if you use one, becomes untucked! Raising the head is great for reading, it also helps with snorers! So! we are now 9 months in. We both ended up with sore hips as we are side sleepers. My partner put a mattress topper on top of his adjusta mattress to gain some extra comfort. If you sleep on your back, then this bed would be great. We bought this at the Adelaide camping show. My advise to people would be don't get 'sucked in' by great sales people. It's a lot of money to pay out to end up unhappy and in pain."

"October 2022. I purchased an Adjusta Mattress bed assured that it would help me get a good nights sleep also helping with my asthma. This couldn’t be further from the truth, in less than a year the mattress has warped and sagged in the middle with the stuffing pushed to the sides making it very uncomfortable and difficult when the bed is raised to get out of. Raising a complaint with the company, I’ve been told it was taken to management. Two weeks later, still no response to my complaint, I called to follow up on my email to be told it was still being assessed. I later received an email to be advised that it would be replaced next time they are in the area. Followed that up with a call, to be told it would be a couple of months before anyone would be in the state (WA) to be able to replace the mattress. I expressed my displeasure that I’d have to keep sleeping on a warped mattress and I am now waking up in pain in my back which I didn’t have prior to my purchase. I’m told that upon NOW reviewing their schedules they NOW found a spot available in July and someone would be in touch then to organise a time/date to facilitate an exchange. Almost a month on still no instruction from the company on when I’ll be getting a new mattress. I hope your experience is better than mine, I hate this bed and regret my decision to spend over $5k on it."

"On the 26th  of January 2023 my wife and I were approached by one of your Sales Consultants, Emily, at the Caravan and Camping Show at the Melbourne Showgrounds. Initially I was a little reluctant but very quickly became interested in these mattresses. In 2022 I had spent some time in hospital recovering from some major surgery and had experienced the adjustable bed concept in there and had slept comfortably. For many years I have endured lower back pain but sleeping in this manner had provided some relief. Lying on the mattress at the show it felt even better than the hospital bed.  As a result, we purchased a Queen bed set)up for the house and another for the caravan. After now having slept on the bed for 3 months I am incredibly pleased with the results. Getting up to go to golf in the morning is now not the painful experience it used to be. Initially when going to bed I set it to the Zero Gravity setting, raise the upper section for a while and read, then lower both sections to a comfortably lower setting and turn on the massage routine for 20 minutes. Since using the bed as such I have only been awake twice when the vibration stops, it really helps get to sleep. Prior to using this bed, I experienced considerable pain when first getting out of bed in the morning, but now there is very, very little back discomfort. The money spent on this purchase was very well spent and I would like to thank Emily and Richard for their very friendly customer service and demonstration of the effectiveness of these mattresses. In fact, I don’t think a 5-star rating is enough for these mattresses. Thank you, Trevor Taylor."
