"This place is simply not improving in terms of service. I came in around 8:45pm, it's late for pizza for me but I had late lunch in Brisbane. Anyway, the person who took my order couldn't understand what I'm ordering, first of all, she's got a bad posture, standing slouch in the counter in front of me. Her hat/head gear was covering her eyes. Her and the other guy were too busy chatting, it's 3 minutes when passed when he started making the pizzas. As the pizzas starting to come out of the oven, I've noticed the dirty dust pan and broom on top of the bench were there some food, utensils and some boxes to put the food in. When she handed me my pizzas, I told her about the broom and dust pan on the bench. She then turned around and grabbed the dirty dust pan and broom and walked away. I left while shaking my head, I was thinking, I should have taken some photos and reported it to health department. Who's to blame? I've noticed that some premises I've been, new employees are untrained, no basic manners/etiquette when dealing with customers and proper knowledge in food handling."

"Adding a 5 star review to balance out some possibly unfair 1 star reviews here. Food was a big hit and on point for Domino's. Went on a Tuesday and delighted to find it was half price day. Just under $8 for a classic pizza! I'm not expecting much at that price but end product was way above that. Sure the toppings were a bit messy and uneven but I was watching the cooking crew through the window and they were working flat out, and doing the best they could. I picked up myself so can't comment on the delivery experience."
"What a poorly run store. Wrong pizza Wrong sauce for chicken bites I put more cheese in a mouse trap than we got on our cheesy garlic bread Chocolate mousse tasted weird and then found it expires tomorrow No Lava puffs but they sent a Lava cake at least. Driver couldn't even find Turtle beach resort. Wish I had read all the bad reviews of this place before ordering. Have been a longtime customer of Domino's (many other stores) but this is the worst experience yet. Was really looking forward to our favourite treats only to be left bitterly disappointed."
