"They burn my hair and there is nothing to do to solve it. I dye my hair for 9 years now on other places and I have never experience this before. They bleach my hair for four hours and When I arrived home my hair keep falling and now the poor hair still there is so weak I cannot do anything to repair it. I bought all sorts of products and never have been like this. Its like they lost gravity because is so weak and keeps falling. I just want to cry every time I see myself in the mirror and has already pass a month now since that day and still cannot find a solution to this. They also have charge me 250 aud for ruin my hair, and once is burn there is nothing to do than to wait five years or more to recover new hair. I do not recommend this place to dye your hair"
