"Did a front and back wheel alignment, plus tyre fitting on my GLC43 about a year ago. Great bunch of guys, took their time and got it spot on. Felt comfortable leaving the vehicle in their hands. Lots of care taken. No marks or scratches to my wheels. Will definitely use them again."

"I took my van to them because QBE requested me to (wrong decision). They removed and replaced the power steering belt tensioner pulley and also charged for wheel alignment (which they never done because the van was pulling a bit to the left since I picked it up). Less than a month after the van started to make noises when I turned left or right. Took it to their place and they said it was something else. I then went to another mechanic who replaced the same pulley they did a month ago and the car stopped making sounds. Two days later I asked them for a refund, and they say that they won’t refund if I don’t send the part back, even when I sent them the invoice from the new mechanic with the description stating it was the same part. Of course, I couldn’t get the old part as I didn’t ask for it to the second mechanic when he fixed it. Wouldn’t recommend them."
"Went to Glide Automotive to get my wheel alignment fixed because my tyres were scrubbing after having suspension work done elsewhere. They were able to correct the problem and my car has never felt better to drive."
"I had a wheel alignment done here which i was told was completed successfully. In a short time after this i had irreversible excessive front tyre wear caused why poor alignment. I returned to have rectified and was charged a second time to now have damage caused to my rims by even worse alignment. Ive since had my alignment corrected elsewhere. I am very disappointed in the dishonesty and damage caused to my vehicle and would strongly recommend avoiding this business."
