"I visited for the first time to spudshed stirling and i was confused about the entrance and I entered maybe from a wrong place. One old lady at the cashier shouted and ask me to use the other entrance even though i was already inside without at least showing me the proper entrance and asking me to use it next time. Then when i was checking out she asked me to come to counter four which i was not sure about where because there were no proper big sign boards with counter numbers and then i moved to the counter where she was thinking it was counter 4.but it was the next counter to her and she asked me to go to that. I politely smiled and said sorry and went to that counter and then she secretly asked the other girl at the counter to check my bag as if I stole something. I visited here the first time and it was terrible how they treat people and also when we are new people to Australia."
"Very bad customer service experience every time. For a long queue of around 20 customers at checkout, only one guy serves. It happens 90% of the time. Other staff members keep walking around, but never see customers are waiting for more than 20 minutes just with a loaf of bread to check out. This, I have never seen anywhere else."
"Hi, I have been buying from Spudshed Stirling Central Wannerro via uber eats. I roughly use uber eats about 3 times a week of which 2 of the time will be Spudshed Stirling. I sometimes get disappointed mostly because of the merchant ignoring the notes which I ignore. Today 1st June, I've decided to write a review. On 1st June at 14:01, I made an order via uber eats. At 14:02 the shopping began as per notifications via uber eats. At 14:03, I was notified that some items were missing. I decided to ring spudshed to ask them to cancel the order as I would have to order from different merchant which would cost me more. The phone was picked at 14:04, I was directed to the person dealing with uber eats. I advised the person (an Indian male guy) that I had to cancel the order as key items were missing. At first he lied that the order was already completed yet on the app the shopper was still shopping and in the 3rd item. I explained to him and he got furious for me wanting to cancel the order shouting on the phone. He agreed that it would be cancelled. He proceeded with the order even after we agreed to be cancelled, until even the uber driver was assigned the order. I rang again but the same Indian guy picked the phone heard my voice but hanged up. I contacted the driver via the app and told him that I've already asked them to cancel the order. The uber driver was confused as the Indian guy was insisting he should drop the shopping at my place. When there was no otherwise on his end he was directing the driver to ask me if the driver could cancel the order so that it is not the restaurant to cancel the order. (So that the uber driver could be paid and I would loose money). I told the driver that I've already asked the restaurant to cancel as it's their fault an item is missing. I contacted uber ears directly and had the order cancelled. This specific complaint is about the attitude of the guy not because items were missing. If he politely told me that he couldn't cancel the order, that I would be ok. It's very frustrating dealing with arrogant people especially because they can't see you face to face. and I'm contemplating if I will order again especially due the guy's attitude. I have ordered before (a different day) and when I asked the same guy if there was an option of substituting an item when an item was missing. He rudely and arrogantly hanged the phone after shouting, "we don't do that! Make a different order if you want!". Honestly, we do not need rude people in this world. Otherwise thank you for the lady who first picked the phone as she was very nice and courteous on the phone."
