"The change from cannabis centre to healing leaves has been absolutely atrocious. If you are in Queensland, avoid this company at all costs. I have had to wait close to a month to simply get 10 g of cannabis, due to healing leaves inability to be able to supply TGA forms to the pharmacies. This has become a common and known problem amongst pharmacy direct, as they are now warning their customers about healing leaves. It took multiple calls for them to simply send my TGA approval over to the pharmacy. Pharmacy direct even contacted healing leaves themselves, and healing leaves claimed that I never called them about the TGA form, essentially calling me a liar when I have more than enough evidence to show that I have been calling them about this TGA form. They have been relying on doctors outside of the company to provide scripts for their patients, and these doctors do not provide the TGA approval forms straight away after a consultation. Stick with Astrid dispensary and their doctors, has astrid is by far the best cannabis dispensary I have personally worked with when it also comes to their doctors and their quality of service."
"Do not use this company if you are in Queensland. Their service is minimal with them answering the support phone about 5% of the time. Though the staff are nice enough when you do manage to get through, they send you to a nurse practitioner down in Victoria, which then has to prescribe a script that only can be filled in a special Victoria based pharmacy which takes anywhere from 2-4 days to process your order then another 3-4 days to deliver it. If you are like me and suffer from mental health conditions and or insomnia, this service can not be trusted to deliver a much needed prescription in a timely manner. I would suggest that you look elsewhere. This review is applicable for both the cannabis center, and the new company name they are trading under, healing leaves."
