I was calling to book an appointment for my sick baby and it took 9 minutes for her to find my name in the system and once she had found me she continued to tell me how long it had been since I had been there (as if that was relevant to my booking...) told me a time for an appointment, changed her mind, asked to call me back because she didn't seem to know what she was doing.. and when I asked if I could speak to someone else as I was concerned, she told me that I can speak to her only... I didn't mind going to this centre but this and other interactions previously with other Receptionists has driven me away."
