"Bought a Prism frame premium swimming pool and was under the impression that it had one year warranty. A couple of months later it lost all the water in it. I called the store and they told me to return it and they will change the liner. I disassembled the pool and did not take care how I was doing it as I thought the liner was useless anyway and they change it for me. I went to the store with the liner. They told me that I only had 3 months warranty. I didn’t mind as it was less then 3 months since I bought it but they refused to fix it or change it as they said it was not factory’s fault. They only provided me with a patch. I have to throw the swimming pool away as I am not going to go through all the trouble of assembling and filling it with the water when it is likely that the patch does not work properly."
