"It is a good banking if you can keep checked your loan. I had few good transfers that comes as installment and easy to track. But in time they will try to trick you into loans and lead to expires without any notice. Got charged $100 charged 1 month for $159 loan that expired. Not too bad compared to few others out there. But now NAB got it, hoping to get worse. Good luck."
"Very unreliable bank. Signed up to the Citibank prestige visa credit card under the 150,000 bonus points offer but they arbitrarily and unilaterally only awarded 70,000 points instead. I had to make several calls for them to fix it, and to date they have still not fixed this."
