Shout out to Nick, who helped make the tough food choices easier within the area! Gym is also better than you'll find in most Hotels. See you next time I'm in Adelaide."

"We absolutely enjoyed our 4 nights stay here. Initially booked for a studio room, we requested upgrade about 2 days before we check in as there was price drop on one-bedroom apartment - and they did agree with it ! The serviced apartment is well located in the southern part of the city. It was rather quiet during the Easter weekend when we visited. Tram stop is just in front of the apartment to bring you to city centre or other parts of Adelaide. Other bus stops are located around 10 minutes walking distance. Perfect place if you prefer the less busy area, don't mind some walking hassle and it was cheaper than Quest on Franklin. The apartment was rather spacious. The facilities show signs of use but well maintained by the team here. We wished they have smart TV in our apartment but that was not the case. Not a deal breaker anyway as we ended up watching on our phone/tablet using their speedy wifi. We will definitely try to book in here again when we visit Adelaide next time !"

"I’ve stayed at this hotel about 5 times prior to my recent visit and experience decent service from the staff. Booked a room a couple months in advance for 20 nights over the holiday break. My only request was a room higher up for the view. I arrived at the hotel today and without communication was put into a room on the 3rd floor with a stunning view of a graffiti wall and car park because apparently a team from interstate is now arriving and they’re apparently prioritised over myself. Upon arrival, I was advised of the situation and whilst the situation was being explained, I was told by reception staff that I was free to go elsewhere. I was lost for words. If you book here, perhaps get something in writing seeing as they go back on their word. Started of good and service went to s***. They advise you that they’re going back on their offer after arrival so you have no choice to stay there as everywhere else is booked. Pathetic. Update: Got told by Taylor to leave the premises today as they weren’t happy with my review. Taylor charged me an incorrect rate, told me to grow up and that my family and I can find somewhere else to stay. Glad I recorded the conversation and will be lodging a complaint with their head office which Taylor said he couldn’t wait for. I could’ve understood if I was abusing him verbally or physically but I remained calm. DISGUSTING behaviour from Taylor."

Friendly service at the reception desk, a personalised welcome message and treat from the boss (massive thanks to Taylor and team!) super clean and well equipped apartment and perfectly located only a few walking minutes from Victoria Square. Highly recommended for your next stay in the City!"
