"The staff are lovely and helpful I have been going to this practice for over 25 years the wait time can vary so bring a book enjoy the peaceful time."
"They always seem to be very busy so be prepared to wait. Doctors are nice, all with different characters"
"Waited over an hour to see Dr. After 50min of waiting asked about if much longer.. Found receptionist to be rude like I was disrupting their chats. Dr was great but receptionist need to learn some people skills.. If a Dr is running an hour late at least call patients to let them know. Not hard."
"Extremely disappointed with my experience this morning and now looking for a new GP. Rang prior to my baby daughters appointment to explain that she had cold and flu symptoms however had returned a negative PCR test a few hours earlier. It was explained to me that no she could not see a dr and the consult had to be over the phone where I could then ask the dr if I could be seen in person. Now while I understand that rules are in place to stop the spread of covid, I think that it is unfair that even with proof of a negative result I was still unable to enter the clinic. What did we ever do pre-covid when we were sick? Is it not a dr’s job to see sick patients? After 50 minutes of waiting I rang to see how much longer the wait would be. Now again, I’m pretty understanding that dr’s are late sometimes. I understand that some of the previous appointments take a bit longer than planned and that sometimes there’s emergencies that need to be seen first, I get it, but some form of communication would have been nice. It is now so clear to me as to why the hospital system is as bad as it is. Why would people want to sit and wait 50 minutes for a phone consult to ask permission to be seen in person when they could just go to the hospital. Why should I have to plead my case to a dr over the phone and beg to be seen. Why should I have to jump through hoops to see a dr when I’ve proven that I don’t have covid? Now let’s get to the appointment. When I was granted permission to enter the centre, I was greeted by two receptionist, a dr and an empty waiting room. I explained to the dr that my baby had been unwell for a few days and sent home from daycare. He examined her and told me she was ok, but then prescribed her antibiotics. There’s only two possible scenarios here - he was downplaying my need for an appointment to try and make me feel like I shouldn’t be there, but prescribing her antibiotics because she is sick and needs them or, he is right and she is fine but will prescribe antibiotics for the sake of it. It is hard being a mother and it is even harder being a mother of a sick child. I feel totally unsupported by a dr who is supposed to care. I can see by the lack of responses to any of the other poor reviews that this practise clearly don’t care about receiving feedback."
"Extremely rude staff. I took my sister for an appointment clearly explaining what was wrong with her over the phone when booking an appointment. Once we got inside to talk to the doctor, my sister only spoke two words before she instantly got cut off by the doctor and both of us were kicked out in a very disrespectful and rude way. The doctor said that my sister shouldn’t have come if she was experiencing COVID like symptoms (which she wasn’t). We tried explaining that she wasn’t experiencing covid symptoms but every time we tried to explain, we were rudely interrupted by the doctor. We were told to do a consultation over the phone, however we were denied this too as we were newly transferred patients, something in which the doctor didn’t tell us. The fact that the doctor disrespected us by kicking us out of the room instantly and telling us to do a consultation over the phone, even though we weren’t allowed too really questioned if she was an actual doctor. I am extremely disappointed with the service and experience with this medical centre and definitely will transfer to another medical centre."
