"Terrible customer service. I ordered my couch back in February and it arrived in July without the ottoman. I called to follow it up, turns out they had missed it from my order. Had to wait another 20 weeks, told delivery would be at the beginning of December - still no ottoman. I had to follow them up to see where it was and was told delivery would be the 23 December - which I’m away for. I then had to call another 3 times to change delivery and have the delivery fee removed which went around in circles between the delivery company and plush mile end - this sort of issue shouldn’t be put back on the customer, especially when I’ve already been stuffed around enough already."
"If I could give no stars for this company I would. Have been waiting so long for my goods and there is still only an ETA for my goods. Plush Furniture needs to be more transparent when they are selling goods in regards to delivery times being over the top. They are the most inflexible company that I have ever had the misfortune to deal with."
"Disappointments include: "Guaranteed" delivery before Christmas. Despite ordering in the middle of the year, we didn't see our order until February. When the order arrived, no one called or emailed us to let us know, even though their email said to expect a call. When the order was finally delivered, two pieces of furniture were missing. After one evening of use, we noticed creasing and wrinkling of the leather. (see photos taken after a few weeks) Warranty process was difficult and slow. Even though they said we'd be contacted in two business days each time, that never happened and we had to keep chasing them. Everything was a battle, most of which we lost. They eventually fixed the single seater that looked like the cushion was cracked underneath. The wrinkles and stretched leather remains unrepaired. They said it was not their problem and we should have been maintaining it each week. When I asked for a copy of their complaints procedure, they said to call ACCC. I found the whole experience to be difficult, stressful and disappointing. I wish I'd gone elsewhere. EDIT: (In response to the reply below) You have my details. Investigate away. I've had enough of pleading my case to generic email addresses. FURTHER EDIT: (In response to the reply below.) As expected no response and no follow up after five months. Plush have to come to terms with their poor customer satisfaction reputation and make some effort to fix it."
"Customer service here is appalling, it's great until you put a deposit down then forget it. I was told the sofa I purchased would be here in July, August at the absolute latest. Once we hit October and still no sofa, I asked for my money given we were well over the absolute latest deadline. They refused saying they had no obligation to repay my deposit as the sofa was coming. I asked for a reasonable discount which they eventually provided $100 off but also increased the delivery fee so ended up being less than that anyway. They also 'forgot' to apply this discount so when they finally delivered the sofa in late October, they caused a scene in front of my unit stating they would not bring the sofa in until the $100 was paid even though I showed an email to show the discount. Overall delivery was more than twice as long as it should have been because they were telling me to pay over and over I would highly recommend going anywhere else if you want thing delivered when they promise (or at least close to it), not being lied to and embarrassed in your own home Overall I finally got the sofa in and it's okay, but given the massive price tag and all of the above, nowhere near worth it !"
"Our whole experience with Plush was a nightmare, from the bad customer service( constantly contacting them as no delivery info given) to the huge delays in delivery to the damage to the couch, front gate, door taken off hinge door frame damage. After months of couch sitting upside down unusable Plush agreed to refund.( lots of phone calls from us) We fixed some damage to our home as if left would have been unsafe. Plush have this week( months after the damage occured) sent a worker around to fix door frame and attach door back onto hinges. Thanks for reading"
